HOW TO REGISTER & BOOK A CAMP
This page explains how to book into one of our holiday camps using the Magic Booking portal. Through this portal you can book, pay for and cancel a booking as well as update your child’s details.
Once you have created your account you’ll be able to use it every time you want to book.
To create an account visit https://lemonartlab.magicbooking.co.uk/Account/Login
Click on the Create an Account button. You’ll be asked to enter some basic details and to create a password. Make sure you remember this password.
When you press Save you’ll be asked to choose your centres. Clubs will only show up in your booking account if you are registered at the centre where the club is running so we recommend being ticking the box for Shadwell and London Fields to see what’s on offer.
You’ll then be taken to a page to agree to the Terms and Conditions and set your mail preferences. Please be sure to click on the links and read the T&C’s carefully for both Magic Booking and Lemon ArtLab as they contain very important information and are separate companies.
Once you’ve clicked Submit Registration you’ll receive this message:
You MUST validate your account from this email otherwise it will no be active and you won’t be able to book. Make sure you check your SPAM folder as emails often end up there.
When you click on the link in the validation email it will activate your account and take you to the login page where you can login with your email and the password you chose. You will then need to input all your children’s information including medical, allergy, SEN, who can collect, doctors details and emergency contacts.
Click on Add Child to input this information for your first child. Use the tabs across the top of the page to add all your child’s details.
You must include under collectors anyone including friends and family who might collect your child – we use this information on the electronic register when we sign your child out and if the person collecting is not on the list we will have to contact you before letting them go home with that person. You must also have TWO emergency contacts with different phone numbers.
You’re now ready to book! When you click on BOOK you’ll see the club pop up that your child is eligible for or that are available at your centre. If the school you want has not appeared click on My Account then got to Centres and click next to London Fields or Shadwell. Then click on Book again.
Once you click BOOK NOW on your chosen club you will be guided through the booking process.
You’ll need to choose your session at the top (make sure the drop down menu where it says the camp name is expanded so you can see the options!) and choose your dates and then check availability. If a day shows up as not available that means it is full and there is no space left. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the waiting list.
When you press Check Availability you’ll be taken to your Basket:
From here you can see what you’ve chosen, checkout or Book Another Activity for an additional child. You can also add the additional option of Extended Camp
You will then be taken to the final payment page where you can see you total, see any discounts (including sibling and weekly discounts) and add any voucher code.
